Valuation, offer & negotiation
For the home of your choice we prepare an honest valuation based on reference sales. Then we negotiate price and conditions on your behalf · we work for you, not for the seller.

Legal, financing & notary
An independent Spanish lawyer performs the legal due diligence (ownership, charges, permits, licencia turística). We arrange your NIE number and Spanish bank account and guide the mortgage application (up to 70% for non-residents). The notary transfer can be done by power of attorney if you wish.
You get: a legally checked purchase without surprises afterwards.
Keys & aftercare
At the key handover we check the delivery and put utilities and insurance in your name. After that we remain available for rental, management and tax questions.
