Your journey to a home in Spain

8 steps, typically 3 to 4 months. Fully guided from first orientation to handover of keys.

Week 1

Orientation & wishes

In a free conversation we discuss your wishes, budget and preferred region. You receive a personal longlist of properties that suit you.

Week 2-4

Plan viewings

You arrange your own travel and accommodation to Spain. We coordinate viewing dates with sellers and agents and are present at every viewing.

Week 4-5

Offer & negotiation

We negotiate on your behalf in Spanish with the seller or developer. Strategic and realistic.

Legal check & reservation

An independent Spanish lawyer checks ownership, mortgage rights and zoning. Reservation between €3,000 and €6,000.

Private contract (10%)

On signing the contrato privado you pay a 10% deposit. The price is locked in.

In parallel we arrange your NIE number and Spanish bank account. 2-3 weeks via power of attorney.
