My name is Demy. Twenty years ago I bought my first home in Spain. What started as a personal adventure grew into a great passion: guiding Dutch and Belgian buyers through purchasing property in Spain.

Because I live partly in the Netherlands and spend a lot of time in Spain, I understand both worlds well. I know how exciting such a step can be, and how important it is to have clear information, reliable contacts and proper guidance.

Over the years I've built a valuable network of local specialists: notaries, lawyers and contractors. Together we make sure you're not alone in the purchase process and that the important things are properly explained and checked.

My role is to guide you step by step, lower the language barrier and remove as much uncertainty as possible. So you can focus on what really matters: looking forward with confidence to your new life in the Spanish sun.
